HOUSTON, Texas, September 20, 2008 // --  Insite Objects wishes to announce that it will resume full operations on Monday, September 22, 2008.  "While our facilities did suffer damage, our diaster recovery plan worked well and we continued to support our customers even on the Saturday after the storm. We expect to be 100% operational by the end of September." stated CEO David W. Hall.

He further announced that the highly anticipated SAP Maintenance webinars would be delayed to allow his team members time to bring themselves back online.  “We know we can’t push this out further, as the first maintenance increase is scheduled to start in January.  My team has done a lot of research and we want to distribute this information as quickly as possible.”  The dates will be settled this coming Monday, September 22nd.

The office closure was due to Hurricane Ike, a Category 2 Hurricane, which made landfall on Saturday, September 13, 2008.  The storm caused massive wind damage and power outages to 2.2 million Houston homes and businesses.  The largest impact of the storm occurred outside Houston, striking the coastal communities in and surrounding Galveston, TX.

Mr. Hall further noted his gratitude. “We want to thank all our clients and partners for being so supportive and patient during this disruption in our business.  We are grateful to our staff in our London offices who immediately took on the bulk of our work in our place.  Most importantly, we look forward to getting back to business on Monday.”

INSITE OBECTS ANNOUNCES THE GENERAL AVAILABILITY OF RESITE MONITOR 2.0.
Sept 24, 2007

HOUSTON, Texas, September 24, 2007 // -- Insite Objects announces the release of RESITE Monitor, designed to provide the decision support metrics that enable companies to identify, optimize and address virtually every aspect of Employee Performance.  Monitor provides end-user view performance metrics, and combines it with benchmarks, KPI’s and integration into EPSS, LMS and LCMS systems.

You train, support and improve based on business processes.
Shouldn’t you measure performance at the business process?

“We believe Monitor will become a cornerstone technology for any company that trains or supports SAP users. It simply does not make sense to invest in Training or Support without it. How can you improve performance if you can’t measure it?” says David W. Hall, CEO of Insite Objects Inc.

Monitor will allow businesses of any size, using any number of SAP systems to measure and address:

  • Process Usage Metrics (T-Code, User and Process)
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • Impact of various Training Methods
  • Employee or Role skills erosion
  • Training and Support Cost justification
  • Employee Certification (Performance based)
  • EPSS Usage Metrics and Impact Analysis
  • SAP License verification and usage metrics

RESITE Monitor is a completely server/web based technology that requires zero client installation, and will not impact the performance of your SAP system.

Availability for RESITE Monitor is worldwide.  Please contact Cristin Merritt, Global Marketing Associate, at cmerritt@insiteobjects.com with questions about Monitor or to schedule a demonstration.

Insite Announces Sitelab:  The on-demand, web-based system of training and support

July 1, 2007

Insite Objects Inc. today announced the release of SiteLab, the new Software as a Service (SaaS) Employee Performance Support System.

“Small and medium enterprises are embracing ERP and these companies have to train and support their employee’s just like larger corporations. Before Sitelab, the technology to improve employee performance was out of reach for many of these firms. Sitelab provides any size organization the ability to leverage the best products available and pay for only what they use, when they use it.” said David W. Hall, CEO of Insite.

Sitelab harnesses key features of the already successful RESITE Performance Suite. With Sitelab you get unlimited access to:

RESITE Recorder: Capture and document any software application, then create job aids, simulations, and other help documents
RESITE Publisher: Automatically generate an online EPSS System
RESITE LCMS: Build and deliver dynamic lesson and class materials, and provide computer based training courses
RESITE Tracker: Control movement of documentation into production
RESITE SP: Deliver context-sensitive help for any Windows or web-based application

The difference is the online hosting.  Sitelab is a true on-demand system. Similar to your utility bill, you pay only for actual usage, with no IT infrastructure, support, upgrade or maintenance costs. Customers simply download the authoring tool. Storage, processing, document management, publishing, lesson creation and other authoring processes are performed via the web.

Sitelab is available worldwide.  Please contact Cristin Merritt, Sales & Marketing Associate, at cmerritt@insiteobjects.com with questions about Sitelab or to schedule a demonstration.

Insite Objects reports record growth in 2006

Jan 30, 2007

Insite Objects Inc. experienced record growth in 2006. David W. Hall, CEO, said this about the success of the company. “Top line revenue almost doubled in fiscal 2006. A healthy combination of services and product revenue provided validity to our business model and the market we serve. Gross margins and net profit percentages were maintained as well.”

“Our customers want Professional Services that are tightly integrated with the best technology available. We feel that our new technologies and future product releases will continue to fuel our growth as The Employee Performance Improvement Company.”

Our greatest challenge now is to manage our growth. Our organization has almost doubled in size in less than 12 months, yet we must maintain the close, individualized service level that lead to this success. Our management team and partners responded well to the challenges of integrating Quartet in 2006 and I feel that we are up to the task for future acquisitions and managing our progress.”

“During 2006, Insite released two new products, expanded into Professional Services and opened our United Kingdom regional office. In 2007, we will continue to acquire strategic assets and release two new product offerings that offer valuable solutions to our customers.”

Insite, formed in 1995, has maintained both top and bottom line growth and profitability since 1999.
