Insite Objects, Inc. (Insite) today announced the completion of a Letter of Intent to purchase the assets of Quartet Solutions America (Quartet) of Exton, PA. The transaction is best described as a merger of opportunity for both companies.
“Insite has been investing heavily in new technology and plans to release products that will revolutionize how software is applied to corporate learning and support. With the acquisition of Quartet, our customers will realize even more the benefits to integrated services. The merger will provide our SAP clientele options that are currently not offered in the industry.” said David W. Hall, CEO of Insite.
Since 1997, Quartet has offered training and professional services worldwide. Starting in 2000, the company has maintained an international partnership with Insite, pairing their consulting services with Insite’s products. “We will combine our core expertise with Insite’s new generation of software. By putting all our resources into a single effort, customers will be offered the best integrated solutions for corporate education and user support.” stated Gary Raubenheimer, President of Quartet Solutions.
