How does RESITE Publisher work?

RESITE Publisher is a very diverse tool which has many functions integrated with both our RESITE Recorder and RESITE Monitor products. Our latest addition to the tool has brought it out from being just an automated web help publishing unit to a robust materials management system. From the moment you save a RESITE recording, or import documents that you wish to publish to your users, RESITE Publisher will be there to automate and guide you step-by-step.

RESITE Recorder Integration

You can now access RESITE Publisher through the Document Manager icon found in the Recorder interface. This brings up your complete file folder system, including hierarchies, so you can see where your materials are in the production process.

RESITE Publisher now uses a wizard set-up feature, so that you instantly set-up how you want your material to be stored, approved, and published. It can be completely customizeable to your company standards.

Move Material through a defined process

Now that you can see and manage your material, you can also manage how that material moves through to production. Set up approvals processes, and notify authors when material needs revision or if material as moved on, automatically. No more waiting around for pre-defined times, when you're ready to approve and move, so is RESITE Publisher.

Let the End Users Communicate

RESITE Publisher allows end-users the option of placing in personal notes to help them customize their web help further, or, if they see an error or revision, they can now post messages back to the authors to let them know a change needs to be made.

Integrate with RESITE Monitor

You've worked hard on your documentation, now you can see how it's accessed and know what's popular, what's in need of revision, and what needs to be phased out. RESITE Publisher integrates with Monitor to help you take stock of your EPSS usage so you can continue to make improvements on how your team automates help into SAP.
