Content is now more in sync
File saving and information sharing has been taken to a new level with in sync metadata and browse and import features. When you capture content in RESITE Recorder, your saved file will capture base metadata automatically. Importing files? Simply click the import files button and you can select and bring in any file type. Included with this feature is the ability to attach and associate metadata, just like a RESITE Recording, meaning you can associate any content with items such as an SAP Tcode.

Track your content
Our web help wizard can easily create a folder structure and approval process system in minutes. Authors simply move content into a Staging folder, which then alerts your chosen Approvers via email to allow or deny the publishing of created content. Want to know who has touched which documents? History reports are associated with each file you create or import, letting you know what revisions or additions have been made.
