1. What is the RESITE Performance Suite?The RESITE Performance Suite is our entire set of automated training and support software. As of the current release (denoted as 7.2), this includes RESITE Recorder (with optional RESITE Publisher interface integration), RESITE Publisher (with RESITE Tracker+ total integration), RESITE SP, and RESITE LCMS. 2. Tracker+ is now completely integrated into Publisher?Yes, the functionality is now ‘built-in’ and can be set-up via a wizard feature. Because of this, Tracker+ is no longer offered as a separate product. For customers who purchased Tracker+, this is simply an upgrade to the functionality they purchased. 3. Can I still purchase and use Recorder separately?Yes. RESITE Recorder and Recorder Express are both available for purchase as stand-alone products. 4. Is there any upgrade charge to the RESITE Performance Suite?As long as you are a current customer on maintenance for the products you wish to upgrade, there is no charge. How much training will be needed to upgrade to 7.2?Customers on 7.0 or higher should only need at minimum 1 hour of web-based training, which we will conduct on a published schedule. This training is free. For those who are moving to the integrated Publisher feature, however, there may be the need for more extensive training for authors and administrators. Please check with your sales representative. Customers on versions 6 and below are recommended to purchase a 3 or 5 day JumpStart training class. Are there any hardware requirement changes?No. All technical requirements are the same as our 7.0 release. 7.
