Insite has just completed our first ever experiment in Self Serve Training, and we're ready to share the results. Inspired by the Small/Medium Business, who suffer most in training budget cuts, we built our first ever interface between Resite Publisher and RESITE Monitor. The goal is simple: Allow the end user to see and attain skill levels in SAP without the direct intervention of a complete training team.

Our results are astounding. Not only have we been able to raise competency from 30% to 65%, but we've helped to foster a cooperative learning environment that goes beyond the use of technology. Our presentation says it all. Take a look and decide for yourself.
