They are your company's greatest unsung hero, the SAP Super User. Skilled with abilities to test, train, and support the general user populace, they are your greatest asset. But how do you find them? How do you keep them? And what are their enemies? Insite was lucky enough to present their findings at the December 4th Super User Web Forum sponsored by ASUG Ontario.

ASUG has captured the presentation, along with chat notes and links, for members to download for free. Take a look, and if you like, provide us feedback. Everything we learn will go out in our second paper, due in January of 2009.
