Ability to Expand Informational Views and add Favorites
The simple design of RESITE SP allows you to view summaries of relevant content, as well as mark specific content that might become necessary for quick reference.  When available, you can expand summaries to see more information about a current topic, and once accessed, that topic can be simply ‘starred and stored’ in each user’s personal Favorites folder, available to them at any time.

Customizable Notification and Threshold Features
You can set how you wish to be notified about RESITE SP help, and just how much of a threshold you wish to place on help available.  RESITE SP offers multiple means of notification.  Flashing icon, icon change, balloon, and silent mode are all available.  And, as RESITE SP returns content even when there isn’t a perfect match, you can set the level of proximity to narrow, or broaden your field of instant help search.

Speed up a review with Historical listing
Even when your user doesn’t mark a topic has a Favorite, they can easily review historical listings right within SP.  This way a user can quickly go back and review or add the item to Favorites for easy reference.
