Exploring Tight Information Flow
Using a Core/Control Model of Training and Documentation in SAP

Our upcoming white paper and web series outside of our product and services line will focus on training models in SAP. Our second model of exploration is the Core/Control Model, which is designed for companies who are either smaller in nature, or have business rules which dictate strict guidelines in documentation, training, and support. The goal of this model is ensure guidelines are met while providing a uniform set of benefits to the company. The purpose of this model is to:

1. To maintain a core set of documentation, training, and support guidelines for the company.
2. To put in place a team or hierarchy of teams to deliver material, training, and support to SAP users with little use of outside resources.
3. To engage SAP users at a tightly monitored level of standards due to business rules.
4. To prove overall value to the company through maintenance of standards, thereby ensuring quality SAP use.

What we are doing is collecting basic information (10 questions) on companies who utilize SAP, and either are considering or are utilizing a Core/Control for training and support. This survey should take no more than 3 minutes of your time.
